Oleg Klimko / KLIM & CO

Behind every piece is a person.

My name is Oleg Klimko. I restore upholstered furniture, keeping what matters and changing what needs attention.

The archive includes sofas, armchairs, removable covers, cushions and other upholstered pieces. These are photographs of real work from different years and locations, including work before Warsaw. They are not visualisations. We discuss every project individually. Sometimes new fabric is enough; sometimes the frame or filling needs repair. We start with a conversation and an assessment of the furniture.

OUR PROCESS

From the first conversation to the result.

  1. 01

    Getting to know the furniture

We look at photographs, dimensions and your ideas, then clarify the task and whether an inspection is needed.

  2. 02

    Agreeing the plan

We choose materials and details, and discuss the scope, cost and timing of the individual project.

  3. 03

    Work in the workshop

We restore the support, cut and sew materials, and upholster according to the agreed plan.

  4. 04

    Checking the result

We examine the details and discuss care for the chosen material.

The workshop has a history.

The original website and photographs from different years document its beginnings.
